Schedule and Classes

Weigh-in takes place every Wednesday at the Fennimore Memorial building anytime between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. or anytime at Fennimore Fitness. The deadline to qualify for weekly prizes is 8 p.m. each Wednesday (see the rules and regulations). The final Get Fit Fennimore weigh in will be held Wednesday, March 28.

Each Wednesday Chris Swan, Registered Dietitian, will lead weight control and wellness sessions from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; followed by group exercise led by staff from Fennimore Fitness from 6:30 to 7 p.m.

All classes held at Fennimore Memorial Building.

Above sessions are optional. Participants in Get Fit Fennimore are welcome to weigh in at the Memorial building from 5-7p.m. regardless of participation in the above education and exercise program. Weigh-ins are also available anytime on Wednesdays at Fennimore Fitness.

Weight Control Sessions are taught by Registered Dietitian Chris Swan who has earned a Certificate in Weight Management from the American Dietetic Association. She has completed Wellness Coach Training through Well Coaches and is currently self-employed as a Consulting Dietitian at 2 area nursing homes. Helping people journey well through life is her mission.

Exercise Sessions of weekly weight control group are led by Fennimore Fitness personal trainers.
